Former Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa has gifted the Flying Eagles N2 million to boost the morale of the players ahead of the WAFU B U-20 Championship, DAILY POST reports.
Musa presented the cash gift to the Flying Eagles through the team’s coordinator, Abubakar Abubakar.
The former Leicester City winger charged the players to do the country proud at the upcoming tournament.
Nigeria won the last edition of the WAFU B U-20 Championship hosted by Niger Republic.
Cote d’Ivoire will host the competition from July 26 – August9, 2026.
It will serve as the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
