Kardashian Family Mourns Longtime Bodyguard Mason Haynes, Dead At 52

Mason Haynes, a veteran security professional best known for protecting the Kardashian-Jenner family and other global celebrities, has died at the age of 52 following a traffic accident.

A GoFundMe campaign set up to support his family said Haynes lost his life on July 4, just two days before his 53rd birthday.

Over the years, Haynes became a trusted member of the Kardashian-Jenner security team, working closely with Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kanye West. His impressive client list also included comedian Kevin Hart, rapper Nicki Minaj, singer Charlie Puth and Formula One star Lewis Hamilton.

He was also on Kim Kardashian’s security detail during the 2016 armed robbery in Paris, one of the most high-profile incidents involving the reality TV star.

Tributes have continued to pour in following his death. Trojan Security UK, where Haynes worked, hailed him as an “absolute legend” in the close-protection industry, saying his loss would be deeply felt. The company also shared a photograph of him carrying out security duties alongside Kris Jenner.

Meanwhile, organisers of the GoFundMe campaign remembered Haynes as far more than a bodyguard, describing him as a loyal protector, a mentor and someone whose humour and kindness made everyone feel welcome. They added that countless messages of support had been received from people whose lives he had positively influenced.

Haynes is survived by his wife, Fay, and their children, Brooke and Noah.
