Odion Ikyo is a Nigerian public health professional, health systems innovator, and entrepreneur dedicated to strengthening healthcare delivery through evidence-based innovation.
She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PrimeSafePath Solutions Ltd, a health systems innovation company focused on improving healthcare delivery through health systems diagnostics and digital health solutions. She is also the Founder and Executive Programs Director of the Theodora Anavhe Adamu Foundation (TAAF), a non-profit organization working to improve maternal health, reproductive health, and primary healthcare in Nigeria.
Odion’s journey into health innovation was inspired by the loss of her sister to pregnancy and childbirth complications, an experience that exposed the challenges of fragmented health records and gaps in healthcare delivery. Since then, she has committed her career to developing practical solutions that strengthen health systems and improve patient outcomes.
Her work spans maternal and child health, cervical cancer prevention, health systems strengthening, digital health, and health information systems. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health while conducting research on integrating cervical cancer screening and cancer registry data in Nigeria.
Through PrimeSafePath Solutions, Odion leads the development of the PrimeSafePath Health Systems Diagnostic Framework (PHSD Framework™) and Cureva, a digital health platform designed to support connected patient records, workflow improvement, and data-driven decision-making within healthcare facilities.
Her vision is to help African countries build stronger, data-driven health systems that enable better healthcare delivery and ultimately save lives.
