The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Egbewole, described the programme as a commendable merit-based initiative that would encourage students to pursue excellence and make positive contributions to society.

He also welcomed the inclusion of the University of Ilorin among Nigeria’s top 20 universities, saying the recognition would inspire the institution to sustain excellence in teaching, research, innovation and service. Egbewole urged Stransact to sustain the initiative, describing investment in education as an invaluable investment in humanity.
