Former Real Madrid midfielder, Claude Makelele, has revealed his conversation with President Florentino Perez regarding France international, Michael Olise.
Makelele said he spoke with Perez, advising him to sign the Bayern Munich winger.
Olise has been linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer transfer window.
“Olise to Real Madrid? I would support it. I had the chance to speak with President Florentino, and I told him, if you can only afford to sign one player, it’s him,” Makelele told Marca
“Olise has made me rediscover the feeling of watching football, the taste we had as kids: talent, freedom, quality, efficiency. When he is not on the field, you can feel his absence.”
It’s yet to be seen if Real Madrid will end up signing Olise for their new manager, Jose Mourinho, ahead of the new season
